DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days 

At the moment delivery is only available to the UK. Delivery is free of charge

All products are individually checked before being dispatched

We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class for deliveries. Delivery should take 2-3 working days once packages have been dispatched

Orders must be signed for. If packages are returned to us then we will have to charge you the postage fee to send it out to you again

Please note that if you have purchased multiple pieces these may be packaged and dispatched individually (free delivery still included). However, we aim to ensure that pieces being delivered to the same address are dispatched at the same time. Please ensure you provide the correct address! 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Recluse do not offer refunds

If, however, you would like to exchange your item for one of a different design then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your piece(s) and we will see what we can do about an exchange. Exchanges will also only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition
